Public lecture „Kosmologischen Rätseln auf der Spur – die Euclid-Mission“

18.10.2023

We are pleased to invite you to the public lecture “Kosmologischen Rätseln auf der Spur – die Euclid-Mission" (in German).
Hendrik Hildebrandt will take you on a journey through the big questions about the evolution and fate of the universe. He will explain how measurements of the matter distribution in the cosmos, using the subtle effects of weak gravitational lensing, help us understand the mysterious dark energy. These measurements are the goal of Euclid, the recently launched ESA and NASA satellite, and you will hear more about its mission.
